Pricing

If you happen to be a small DIY or nonprofit organisation, please do get in touch! I'm more than happy to offer discounts for those with limited budgets.

Unfortunately, due to the variable nature of the work I do it's hard to give a firm price up front, but the following prices should serve as a rough guide:

Audio tech: Around £30 per hour, plus any expenses.

Writing: In the range of £50-£100 for a story or poem, depending on length, but if you need something really long it'll be more. Contact me for a quote.

Songs: Costs will vary depending on the intended use of the music, length and complexity of the music, and whether you require a recorded demo. Here are some indicative costs, but the final price will be subject to negotiation:

• Songs for personal use without a recorded demo could be as little as £50 per minute of the final piece. With a recorded demo, this could go up to £85 per minute.
• Songs for use in commercial projects or events with a recorded demo will cost at least £100 per minute, more for more complex works. Depending on the use, there may also be royalties that have to be paid for each public performance.

Prices for web services will depend on the exact requirements. To build something from scratch will usually be an upfront sum, while ongoing maintenance or smaller updates will usually be charged per hour of work. Contact me for a quote.
